From the living area there is access to a large veranda with table, chairs and armchairs.
Full kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and equipped with everything needed for cooking.

Sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with single beds that can be joined together and convertible into a double bed.

Complete bathroom with toilet and shower.

Large storage room with laundry area: washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

All the main services (bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, dinghy rentals...) present in the town of Orosei in a few minutes on foot/bike/car.
